We offer two specialized classes tailored for those looking to sculpt their physique and enhance lower body strength:
🔥 Glutes Blast- A strength-focused workout designed to shape, lift, and tone your glutes for a well-defined lower body.
💥 Glutes & Core – A balanced session targeting glutes and core muscles to improve strength, stability, and overall body composition.
